All Vajab Healthcare products are shipped directly from our certified facility in Palanpur through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days across India, and slightly longer for remote locations. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, except on Sundays and public holidays. Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once dispatched.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused, intact, and saleable items with original packaging and invoice. Requests must be raised within 2–3 working days of delivery. Used or tampered products are not eligible for return. Shipping charges remain non-refundable.
