  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:
    • Used products
    • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or price tags
    • Requests raised outside the specified return period
  • Vajab Healthcare is not responsible for any damage caused after product delivery.

If you face any product quality issues, please contact our customer care team within 2–3 working days of delivery:

📦 Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange is allowed if the product is delivered in a broken or damaged condition.
  • Note: Any damages occurring after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection:

  • A refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days.
  • The amount will reflect in the customer’s account as per their bank/payment provider timelines.
